「アセクシャル」の人は、
「性的に人に惹かれる（sexual attraction）」経験をしない人です。
An asexual person does not experience sexual attraction – they are not drawn to people sexually and do not desire to act upon attraction to others in a sexual way. Unlike celibacy, which is a choice to abstain from sexual activity, asexuality is an intrinsic part of who we are, just like other sexual orientations.
While estimates for the asexual proportion of the population are limited and may vary, the most widely cited figure is that we are roughly 1% of the population.
アセクシャルの人々は性的に人に惹かれる（sexual attraction）経験をしません。
人々に性的に惹かれず、性的な方法で他の人を惹きつける行動を望んでいません。
性的行為を慎むことを選択する禁欲と異なり、他の性的指向と同様な本質的な部分です。
